Stacey grew up in Baltimore and has been a leader in our personal training department for over two years. Stacey's wide range of experience as a fitness professional has provided her the opportunity to train clients from all walks of life. Her specialty is teaching corrective exercise and postural balance and awareness. Her clients are constantly amazed at her ability in teaching meticulously perfect form and function. Stacey strives to empower clients to improve their quality of life with a balanced approach to wellness and health.

Chris graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Exercise Science. His passion for health and fitness stems from his background in athletics but has expanded into all aspects of the field. Chris has had great opportunities and success working with elite athletes in the NFL, MLB, and collegiate sports. He has witnessed and experienced firsthand, the detrimental effects of improper exercise. These experiences motivated Chris to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, where he developed an in depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition. Chris enjoys passing this knowledge on to his clients to help them live a healthier, happier life. His passion for helping others, coupled with a scientific approach and attention to detail, is what has led him to join the experienced staff at BiltmorePremier Fitness. Previously, Chris served as the Nutritionist and Fitness Director for a major medical weight loss company in Florida. Whether you are suffering from acute or chronic injuries, or looking for a physical transformation, Chris looks forward to helping you maximize your potential.

With a background in functional training and corrective exercise, Sam excels at designing programs that address each person's unique needs and abilities. Her mission is to get people moving and feeling better, and to help reconnect the mind to the body. She is passionate about teaching her clients how to take better care of their bodies, and loves pushing people to new limits. She is also a foodie and always has a healthy recipe to share.
